CONTRACTOR shall provide product data to allow evaluation by MANAGER and <br /> CERTIFYING ENGINEER. <br /> B. CONTRACTOR's mix design for each tentative mix for concrete shall contain the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. Slump on which design is based. <br /> 2. Total gallons of water per cubic yard. <br /> 3. Brand,type,composition,and quantity of cement. <br /> 4. Specific gravity and gradation of each aggregate. <br /> 5. Ratio of fine to total aggregates. <br /> 6. Weight(surface dry)of each aggregate per cubic yard. <br /> 7. Time of initial set. <br /> 1.03 TOLERANCES <br /> Concrete shall be placed to the lines and dimensions shown on the DRAWINGS. <br /> 1.04 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. All concrete testing(both field and laboratory testing)will be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for cooperating with CQA Monitor during all testing <br /> activities. CONTRACTOR shall provide equipment and labor to assist CQA Monitor in sampling, <br /> if requested,and shall also provide access to all areas requiring testing activities. <br /> B.
