i a t11J11C1t bg <br />January 20, 2014 <br />Gayle Lyman <br />Elam Construction, Inc. <br />556 Struthers Avenue <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 -3826 <br />RE: Release of Precast Concepts property from Grand function Pipe's <br />mining permit. <br />Gayle, <br />We are writing this letter to address the portion of Precast Concepts <br />property that is currently a part of Grand Junction Pipes mining permit. <br />We are in the process of installing permanent fencing around our <br />property with a temporary fence adjacent to the land that is in your <br />permit area. <br />We request that the "hole" be left open for industrial use allowing us to <br />fill and bring to grade as time and material allows. <br />We will complete the following actions once Elam has constructed the <br />berm at the back of the property, re -grade the banks of the property, and <br />the Technical Revision has been accepted: <br />1. Install permanent fencing around our entire property. <br />2.
