As required by Rule 6.5, the Applicant must provide an engineering analysis to demonstrate <br />that the proposed highwall along the northern portion of the mine site will be stable upon <br />final reclamation. <br />6.3.5 Exhibit E — Map <br />10. As required by Rule 6.3.5(2)(c), please outline and label the location of the processing plant <br />and of all stockpiles which will be present onsite on the Mining Plan Map. <br />11. The Applicant has stated that 0.8 acres of the 3 acre permit area will consist of setbacks. <br />Please illustrate any setbacks on the Mining Plan Map. <br />6.3.6 Exhibit F — Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />12. Please indicate if a permit will be required from Larimer County. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of the supplemental information for <br />the Colorado Red Rose Stone Resource, DRMS File No. M- 2013 -068. Please remember that the <br />decision date is February 26, 2014.
