I <br />k <br />a*kNatural Soda, Inc. 2013 Project Status Report & Annual Plan of Development <br />4.1.4 Wells Associated With the NSI Project <br />The following well -field related activities occurred in 2013: Refer to Figure 3 & Figure 4 <br />Plant and Well Location Map. <br />• The DVPW continued limited production in 2013. <br />• The 13H production pair was drilled and brought online in 2013 <br />• The 10H-1V slant recovery well was drilled and brought online in 2013. This slant <br />recovery well allowed more effective production from the 10H cavity. <br />• In 2013 three wells were plugged and abandoned; the 1 -3A, 90 -2 and the 88 -1. <br />The current statuses of all wells associated with the NSI Project are referenced in Table 3: <br />List of NSI Wells and Well Status on the pages directly following this section. <br />4.1.5 Other Activities <br />Continuous monitoring of the nearby DS aquifer monitoring wells provided data, which <br />was used to manage production /recovery operations at each of the active cavities. <br />Throughout the year, injection and recovery rates were successfully adjusted to <br />maintain monitoring well water levels within target zones. <br />DAUB & ASSOCIATES, INC. ,. 11 January 2014 <br />
