PSCM submitted bond release application SL -01 for the Peabody Sage Creek Mine (C -2009-
087) on April 8, 2011. PSCM originally requested Phase II bond Released for 462.4 acres of
interim program and permanent program lands. This request was revised to 445.8 acres of
interim program and permanent program lands via a letter from PSCM received by the
Division on June 29, 2012. SL -01 sought Phase II release of 445.8 acres of interim program
and permanent program lands that received Phase I bond release under SL -01 and SL -04 for
the Seneca 11 Mine (C -80 -005), which would change the remaining Phase I and II liabilities
to those shown in Table 3, third column. The Division approved the Phase 11 bond release for
445.8 acres of interim program and permanent program lands on September 5, 2013.
PSCM submitted bond release application SL -02 for the Peabody Sage Creek Mine (C -2009-
087) on July 17, 2013. Although the areas requested for release in the SL -02 application do
not fall within the Phased Bond Release rules due to the pre -law status of the lands, PSCM
seeks Phase I release of 67.40 acres and Phase II and III release of 68.79 acres of pre -law
lands that received partial Phase I release of 1.39 acres under SL -01 for the Seneca 11 Mine
(C -80 -005),
