However, the Division notes that no seedtags or invoices were provided with the ARRs for previous years (2006 and 2009) when permanent revegetation of topsoiled areas was reported. " This section of the ARR is incomplete, and does not full the requirements of (f). With future ARR submittals, please expand this section to provide the details required, and include a map of the reclaimed areas [per 2.04.13(1)]. (2) The permittee may provide additional monitoring information as required by the approved permit. The Carbon Junction Mine permit does not require that additional monitoring information be provided with the Annual Reclamation Report. Therefore, this section is not applicable.
