the KOP depth of 1,400 feet MD KB reached on July 5, 2013. The slant section was
completed on July 11, 2013 to a depth of 1,986 feet MD KB, after setting and drilling
through 4 cement plugs. Five additional cement plugs were required to restore and
maintain circulation to drill out the cement to a depth of 1,960 feet MD KB. The
intermediate casing was set to a depth of 1,957 feet MD KB and cemented with a good to
fair cement bond across the two aquifer intervals (A- Groove and B- Groove) up to 1,450
feet MD KB. A cast iron bridge plug was set at 1,450 feet MD KB inside the 7.625 -inch
casing and the casing was perforated at 1,445 feet and 1,444 feet MD KB. Cement was
squeezed through the perforations with good cement returns to surface, and subsequently
the annulus was topped off from surface. On July 20, 2013, drilling was completed on the
6.75 -inch horizontal section from 1,986 feet to 2,049 feet MD KB TD. A 5.5 -inch flush joint
production liner was hung in the hole. While drilling out the production section, a rapid
fluid rise to a total of 16.9 feet was noted in the 101-1-1 well indicating good communication
through the Boies Bed. The goal of drilling the 10H -1V well was achieved and successful.
Daub & Associates, Inc. Page 13 of 13 10H -1V Well Summary Report
