Following is a <br />summary of my review. <br />Permit Acreage: 2318.30 acres <br />Approved isturbed acreage in DRMS permit system: 10 19. 0 acres <br />SCC reports actual disturbance: 848.6 acres <br />Total acres backfilled and graded: 839.1 acres <br />Acres topsoiled: 840.4 acres (1.3 acres topsoiled but not graded?) <br />Acres seeded: 835.3 acres <br />Acreage in long -term facilities: 9.5 <br />The Division database has tracked 1019.0 acres of approved proposed disturbed area associated with the <br />Yeast mine. The 2012 ARR, SCC reported the actual disturbed acreage was 848.6 acres.
