Box 1886 <br />Woodland Park, CO 80866 <br />Re: Supplemental Information - Minor Modification (Appendix A - Section 8.11) of Cripple Creek <br />and Victor Gold Mining (CCV) Permit No. M- 1980 -244 — Mine Development Plan (MDP) for the <br />Squaw Mountain Radio Relay Tower and Access Road <br />Dear Ms. Morgan, <br />Please accept the following letter and attachments containing CCV's Supplemental Information to our <br />DRMS TR -69 application as an update of our December 9, 2013 application to Teller County for a Minor <br />Modification of the MDP. <br />The DRMS review of TR -60 identified that because the proposed new site for the radio relay tower was <br />inside the Amendment 10 boundary but outside the proposed zone of disturbance, CC &V needed to do a <br />swap of disturbed areas reducing the South Cresson section of the Main Cresson mining area by an <br />equivalent amount needed for the new radio relay tower. The attached correspondence with DRMS <br />shows the removal of a 0.5 acre area of disturbance permitted under Amendment 10. The 0.5 acres came <br />out of Account # N0025023, Legal Description: 29 -15 -69 REX MS. It was used to balance the 0.41 acres <br />used by the relocation of the radio facility to Squaw Mountain described in CC &V's December 9, 2013 <br />Minor Modification application. <br />Thank you for your time and consideration of our application.
