Please
review and let me know if there is anything that I misstated or needs correction.
On August 30, 2013, You, myself, and Ed Brady did a final walk through of the Roundabout at the
intersection of County Road 27 and CR 27A. Below are the notes and items that need to be finalized
before a final pay application can be submitted.
1. Duckels needs to place additional seed to revegetate two areas on the west side of the roundabout.
The first being just south of the pull out area to the bend in the fenceline. The second area is
along the fence line on the southwest side of the roundabout. There are bare areas that need to be
revegetated. It was discussed that this should take place in October for germination of seed next
spring.
2. The electrical meter on the southeast side of the round about that is attached to 2 "x4" slats that
are attached to two 4 "x4" posts needs to be fixed. The mounting system is not secure in the soil
and move easily when pushed. Mounting system should be set so that it is stable.
3. The fence on the south side of the roundabout by the meter needs to be grounded per the fencing
specifications. The overhead power line crosses the fence in this area thus requiring grounding.
