(Oakridge), on 30 -Aug-
2013. The response package consisted of a cover letter and an updated version of the Abridged
Permit. Document (APD). The Division has reviewed the response package for adequacy with
respect to the rules and regulations. The results of our review are itemized below, for your
consideration and response.
To maintain consistency, the Division's original adequacy items have been repeated, and are
updated to reflect their present status. A number of new items have been added, and are
identified with only today's date.
For Permit Renewal No. 4, the original Decision Due Date was 8- Jun -2013. Extensions were
requested by Oakridge on 17 June (the Division then extended the date to 8- Aug -2013) and on
30- August (the date was extended to 30- Sep - 2013). The five -year permit term expired on July
31, 2013.
