Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection and aerial inspection of the New Horizon Mine conducted by Mike Boulay of the <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety Grand Junction Field Office. A ground inspection of the site was <br /> conducted on December 17,2013. Ross Gubka of Western Fuels-Colorado (WFC)was present during the entire <br /> ground inspection. Weather conditions were cold and clear and ground conditions were mostly snow covered. <br /> There was no activity at the New Horizon Mine during this inspection. <br /> Aerial photographs of the site were taken by Harry Ranney of the DRMS at 13:45 on the following day(December <br /> 18,2013). <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All required records were on site and available for review.
