The pond did appear to be discharging. The embankment <br /> was state stable and snow covered. <br /> No Name Pond No. 4 was also frozen but was not discharging water. Overall the embankment appeared stable <br /> and vegetated. <br /> No Name No. 2 Pond was frozen over but the pond was discharging water. The primary spillway was free of <br /> debris and the emergency spillway was clear and functional. The embankment was stable and snow covered. <br /> The road to Johnson Ponds 7 to 9 were snow covered and inaccessible. However they were observed from the <br /> west ash pit haul road. The ponds were frozen and snow covered. The embankments appeared stable. <br /> Johnson Pond No. 6 was snow and ice covered. The primary spillway was clear of debris. The pond was <br /> discharging. <br /> West Pyeatt Ponds 1 to 3 was observed from the access road to these northern ponds. The ponds were snow <br /> covered but appeared stable. The primary and emergency spillways appeared clear and functional. <br /> East Pyeatt Ponds No. 1 to 3 were frozen and snow covered. The embankments were stable and the primary and <br /> emergency spillways were clear and functional. Pond No. 3 was discharging. <br /> The access road to the oak ponds was impassable. However these ponds were observed from the western ridge. <br /> The ponds were frozen and snow covered. The embankments appeared stable and the primary and emergency <br /> spillways were clear and functional. <br /> Horse Gulch Pond was observed from on top of the fill,the access road was impassable. The fill was frozen and <br /> snow covered. The embankment appeared stable and the pond appeared to be discharging under the snow. The <br /> primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> Middle Flume pond No.3 was frozen and snow covered. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary <br /> and emergency spillway was clear and functional. The pond did not appear to be discharging. <br /> East Flume was snow covered and not discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary and <br /> emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> East Middle Flume pond was frozen and snow covered.
