3. On page 4 of the 2012 AHR, it states that "a discharge of less than one ton of salt per day is <br />considered a no -salt discharge by the Department of Health." Please reference the <br />appropriate Department of Health document which supports this statement. <br />4. MINREC, Inc. reports `no discharge' at Outfall 001A since the discharge water did not flow <br />into North Thompson Creek.
