The New Elk <br />what? <br />vi. Page 2.05 -17, "One 0.2 -mile long light use road provides access to slurry wells <br />82 and 83 at the west mine" — "... S2 and 53... "? <br />vii. Page 2.05 -19, "Ditch 28 will direct a combination of disturbed, and <br />undisturbed..." — unnecessary comma <br />viii. Page 2.05 -40, "Both the RDA ad the Development Waste Pile... " — should be <br />"... and the Development Waste Pile" <br />ix. Page 2.05 -41, "AASHTO T99 -74" in the old text was changed to "AASHTO <br />T99 -75" in the new text — it's not clear if this is a typo or the intentional <br />correction of an error <br />x. Page 2.05 -44, a passage was omitted; it's not clear whether this was deliberate <br />or an error. In the old permit text, "... excessive positive water pressures are not <br />likely to develop" was followed by "within the pile (Wardwell, 1982). Because <br />of this, the water table was initially assumed to be no higher than the interface <br />between the pile and the foundation." <br />xvi. Page 2.05 -45. The formatting of the stability results has been scrambled <br />making the information difficult to read. <br />xvii. Page 2.05 -44, a passage was omitted; it's not clear whether this was deliberate <br />or an error. The facility lists are partially, but not uniformly, alphabetized <br />in The pre -law fan shaft has been omitted from the list for Map 12 <br />iv. A new category, "Permanent ", has been added to the list for Map 12 — when <br />were the West Mine access/haul road and West containment 42 approved as <br />
