Task 1 Reclaim Tailings Storage Facility.
a) See Figures 6 -3 and 6 -4 in Permit Application.
b) Estimates based on productivity indecies and work performed by contractors to construct TSF emabankment in 2011.
c) Costs escalated to 40 2013.
d) Area of TSF surface area is 109,207ft2. 2.51 acres.
e) Topsoil required at 4" thickness is 1,348yd3.
f) Seed mix requirement 18.9lbs /acre. Cost $380 /acre per Arkansas Valley Feed & Seed.
g) Mulch applied at rate of tons /acre at cost of $205 /acre. Estimate for straw delivered.
h) Apply mulch and crimp using agricultural implement.
