The Lake County Conditional Use Permit requires the Applicant to provide 11 parking <br />spaces. Please indicate if these will be paved parking spaces and indicate the location of <br />the parking spaces on Figure 6 -2. <br />Response: <br />The planned parking spaces will not be paved and will be of the same material and <br />specification as the access road. Parking spaces are shown in Figure 6 -2.] <br />34. Please indicate if the Lake County Conditional Use Permit will need to be reviewed and <br />revised if the 110D Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Amendment Application is approved <br />and the facility becomes a custom mill. <br />Response: The Lake County Commissioners review UMC's Conditional Use Permit <br />annually or on any change to ownership or conversion to custom mill. UMC stated in the <br />November 2013 annual review that the process for Custom Mill status was in process <br />and that the Commissioners would be notified when approval was imminent so that a <br />review of the CUP could be scheduled. <br />35. The Division has reviewed the Weed Control Plan which was formulated for Lake <br />County. This plan may be implemented for the purpose of complying with Rule 3.1.10(6). <br />However, the plan must be revised to state that methods of weed control will be <br />employed for all noxious weeds, not just those species on List A. In addition, provide a <br />commitment to implement the Weed Control Plan for the duration of the operation. <br />Response: <br />The Weed Control Plan has been revised (see Attachment 10).
