Fortunately Brock was available to
meet with me and was very helpful.
am sending this email as formal comment with regard to the referenced renewal application.
We believe the mine has not met it's requirement with regard to sound abatement. Sound from the mine is a
constant irritation. When friends come to visit, one of the first things they say is "What 's that noise ". We
appreciate the fact that the mine recognizes this issue. In fact several years some noise measurements were
taken. We are not of any follow up testing.
https: / /mai l.g oog le.conVmai 1 /u /O / ?ui =2 &i k= e29129fcb5 &\iew= pt &search =i nboy&th= 1427cOc2f7e8l boa 1/2
