In 2011, the Colorado Legislate became alarmed with <br />the Probate Court procedures; did an Audi t13 of the Probate <br />Court system and made many proposals to prevent neglect and <br />fraud in the Courts. Chief Justice Michael Bender signed <br />off on those proposals and implemented them into the <br />Colorado Court system. A review of those directives was <br />brought to the attention of the District Court and Mr. <br />Berman on numerous occasions. John Berman, as an officer of <br />the Court, elected to ignore all of them without exception. <br />Most flagrant was his continued act of refusing to provide <br />a comprehensive and detailed Conservator report including <br />Professional Invoices; when requested and /or Ordered <br />constituting further Fraud on the Court. <br />32.
