Kochia and <br /> Russian thistle were very prominent throughout the parcel. Minor rills were observed. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06;Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br /> Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Three parcels were evaluated to determine compliance with the approved post mine topography;parcels A-B-13, <br /> Z-A-13 and K-A-13. TMI has spread topsoil over these parcels recently. The topsoil was fluffy and rough.
