MR -82 was received on November 21, 2011 and approved on December 8, 2011. This revision <br />incorporated piping for the relocation of the 2nd Park Lateral irrigation ditch at the New Horizon <br />Mine 1. <br />MR -83 updated Section 2.03.4 of the permit. The application was received on April 10, 2012 and <br />approved on May 2, 2012. <br />MR -85 incorporated the Emissions permit and APEN into Section 2.05.6(1) of the permit. The <br />application was received on January 28, 2013 and approved on February 11, 2013. <br />MR -86 made minor changes to vegetation sampling and pasture management. The application was <br />received on June 10, 2013, deemed complete on June 12, and approved on June 28, 2013 following <br />a series of three adequacy reviews. <br />The submittal of an application for MR -87, which will update Section 2.03.4 of the permit to <br />include changes identified during the RN -6 review process, is pending. <br />Bond Releases <br />SL -12 requested Phase II release for 26.8 acres of Irrigated Pasture and Phase III release for 23.8 <br />acres of Dryland Pasture and 126.1 acres of Irrigated Pasture. The application was received on <br />August 18, 2009, and found complete on October 22, 2009. The bond release inspection was <br />conducted on June 2, 2010. A series of six adequacy review letters were issued by the Division <br />between May 26, 2010 and October 20, 2011. Significant issues included management of the <br />reclaimed areas and the reference area, and inter - seeding of some reclaimed areas. WFC withdrew <br />the SL -12 application on June 13, 2012. <br />SL -13 requests Phase I release of 100.16 acres located northwest of the BB Road and 2700 Road <br />intersection. Phase III release of reconstructed segments of BB Road and 2700 Road (totaling 7.22 <br />acres) is also requested. The application was received on May 9, 2012 and called incomplete on <br />July 3, 2012. Supplemental information was provided by WFC, with the result that the application <br />was deemed complete on July 16, 2012. A bond release inspection was held on August 14, 2012. <br />A number of comments and objections were received. The Division issued a preliminary adequacy <br />review on October 17, 2012, and a response was submitted by WFC on October 24, 2012. The <br />Division is preparing to approve this bond release application shortly following the proposed <br />decision to approve RN -6. <br />SL -14 was submitted on December 6, 2012. The applicant's Public Notice was published in the <br />San Miguel Basin Forum on December 27, 2012 and on January 3, 10 and 17, 2013. On June 17, <br />2013, WFC withdrew the application. <br />Permit Renewal No. 6 <br />WFC submitted an application for Permit Renewal No. 6 (RN -6) on November 13, 2012. This <br />application was submitted in response to the Division's August 27, 2012 letter which notified the <br />company that the New Horizon Mine permit would expire on May 26, 2013. <br />
