600 feet from the Loloff Pit. The Aggregate Industries Permit is also located
south of 8t`' Street for the East 81h Street Gravel Pit that Aggregate Industries
used to lease from the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority and it is further than
600 feet from the Loloff Pit.
c) The well permit numbers 27480 and 30562 appear to be the same well as 30562
is the re- drilled well permit. Permit 26555A is owned by Mr. Francis and a stock
watering well that the status is shown as abandoned so it was not included in the
Exhibit G.
d) A legible copy of the Monroe agreement is attached.
Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs
22. The Operator will provide a breakdown of the costs of dewatering into phases
after the surveying is complete.
Response:
The survey has been completed. Dewatering calculations are attached for two
phases. The first phase being what has been currently mined and the second phase
for the remaining area to be mined.
24. The Division will expect a response under separate cover from Loloff
Construction, Inc.'s legal counsel.

A response under separate cover from Loloff Construction, Inc.'s legal council was
provided to the Division.
Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man -Made Structures
25. Please revise Exhibit C to indicate and label all structures within 200 feet of the
affected boundary.
Response:
Exhibit C has been revised to show and label all the structures within 200 feet of the
affected boundary. Please see the attached Exhibit C.
Rule 6.5 - Geotechnical Stability Exhibit
26. Division staff is reviewing the revised stability analysis and responses to the
Division's memo dated July 30, 2013. The Memo from TC Wait indicated that
additional stability analysis for the eastern alignment using a groundwater
elevation equal to the ground surface (0 feet below ground surface) to ensure
that there is a reasonable FS for a saturated ground condition (extreme worst -
case stability analysis).
Response:
The additional stability analysis was performed and is included in the attachments.
