Permit 26555A is owned by Mr. Francis and a stock <br />watering well that the status is shown as abandoned so it was not included in the <br />Exhibit G. <br />d) A legible copy of the Monroe agreement is attached. <br />Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />22. The Operator will provide a breakdown of the costs of dewatering into phases <br />after the surveying is complete. <br />Response: <br />The survey has been completed. Dewatering calculations are attached for two <br />phases. The first phase being what has been currently mined and the second phase <br />for the remaining area to be mined. <br />24. Please revise Exhibit C to indicate and label all structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected boundary. <br />Response: <br />Exhibit C has been revised to show and label all the structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected boundary. Please see the attached Exhibit C. <br />Rule 6.5 - Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br />26. Division staff is reviewing the revised stability analysis and responses to the <br />Division's memo dated July 30, 2013.
