This value includes depletions from past activity that hit the river during this <br />timeframe. <br />Replacements <br />The replacement sources for this SWSP include the following: <br />• Consumptive use portion of RMCC's 70 Fulton Ditch shares. <br />• Consumptive use credits from the Fulton Ditch shares previously stored in City of <br />Brighton storage (Kenneth Mitchell Lake). <br />• Water lease with City of Brighton for up to 250 acre -feet per year, currently contracted <br />through December 2013, which the Applicant intends to renew in 2014. <br />
