• The access road and its associated gabion retaining wall will remain for site access after <br />reclamation. <br />Since the reclamation plan does not call for the removal of all surface facilities, and the Atlas <br />waste area will not have been developed yet, related reclamation will not be necessary. A detailed <br />breakdown of each task and its associated cost is shown in Table L -1. <br />Details of main building construction details built as of September 2013 are shown below: <br />• Dry Room Building <br />• 47' wide x 50' long x 28' tall "at peak" <br />• Monolithic slab w/ pre footer.
