1. Mining to proceed in a southerly direction from the northern end of the
proposed permit area.
2. Proposed permit boundary shall be a minimum of 25 feet from center
line of County Road 13.3.
3. Adjacent to County Road 13.3, setback from proposed permit boundary
to the top of mining slope shall be a minimum 20 feet.
4. Equipment typical for aggregate mining activities such as scrapers,
loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, haul trucks, and water trucks will be
used on site.
5. After non — marketable waste rock / overburden materials are removed
from the surface, mining will proceed to a depth of approximately 30
feet below the ground surface.
6. No groundwater is expected to be encountered during mining.
7. An on —site processing facility, potentially consisting of conveyors,
screens, washers, and crushers, will be placed in the bottom of the
proposed mine pit as soon as possible. Finished aggregate products are
stockpiled adjacent to the processing facility. The below grade operation
of the processing facility will help minimize visual, noise, and dust
impacts from the facility.
8. The temporary mine office, scale, and employee parking and general
storage /parking for mobile mine equipment will be within the processing
area.
9. Best Management Practices will be used to limit the discharge of
stormwater sediment onto adjacent lands and waterways.
