All adjacent land to the proposed permit area is owned by Bar <br />Nothing Ranch, LLC. <br />2. Adjacent land uses are primarily agricultural. <br />3. Other than County Road 13.3, no man -made structures are <br />known to occur within 200 feet of the proposed permit <br />boundary. County Road 13.3 is an unimproved road providing <br />residential access. No known recorded right -of -way exists. <br />4. The project site is located within the Purgatoire River <br />watershed. There are no known streams or other waterways <br />with defined bed or bank within the project area. Site <br />drainage is to Crooked Creek, a tributary of the Middle Fork of <br />the Purgatoire River. <br />5. Site and vicinity drainage is over upland areas of pinion - juniper <br />woodland and mixed grasses and generally to the southeast at <br />approximately a five percent slope over well- drained, <br />moderately permeable soils. <br />6.
