10/15/13 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: Southfield Mine: MWNW & Pond 4 <br />remedial measures as necessary to prevent material damage, <br />to minimize hydrologic impacts, and to meet the performance <br />standards of 4.05. <br />(vi) The location of each water diversion, collection, conveyance, <br />treatment, storage, and discharge facility to be <br />used within the permit area. <br />(vii) A plan for the restoration of the approximate recharge <br />capacity of the permit area and adjacent area in accordance <br />with 4.05.12(3). <br />Page 114 <br />Section 2.05.6 <br />(viii) If the determination of the probable hydrologic consequences <br />(PHC) required by 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv) indicates that adverse <br />impacts on or off the proposed permit area may occur to the <br />hydrological balance, or that acid - forming or toxic - forming <br />material is present and may result in the contamination of <br />ground water or surface water supplies, then information <br />supplemental to that re quire d under 2.05.6(3)(b) shall be <br />provided, as necessary, to evaluate such PHC and to plan <br />remedial and reclamation activities.
