The Division requires a technical revision from
EFCI requesting that this pond be left as permanent; I will remind George Patterson that we are still waiting for
this. Also, as part of their submittal, they need signed letters from all four of the landowners in the Ventos
Group. These need to be addressed to EFCI.
This e -mail chain will be filed in our Laserfiche system under Hydrology /Other Surface Water with the document
name "Pond 4 status."
Please let me know if you have more questions on this matter.
Thank you,
Rob
On Mon, Oct 14, 2013 at 7:10 PM, <pauIacoulter @com cast. net> wrote:
Dear Mr. Zuber, Ms. Binns, Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Boulay:
will begin with South Central Land & Mining's concerns and our objection with your agencies
lack of enforcement with EFCI requiring the monitoring of MWNW.
