However production drilling is <br />expected to continue. <br />Two production blasts' occurred during this reporting period within planned VLF limits. <br />Structural Fill: The contractor continued fill operations and compaction by method specification for the ADR haul <br />road and the PSSA toe berm. <br />Structural fill materials were hauled from cut near Phase II Diversion Pond then placed and compacted at <br />approximate ADR haul road Sta. 49 +00 — 53 +00. A Cat D8T was used to spread the loose lifts and compaction was <br />achieved utilizing a Cat 563 smooth drum roller by method specification. <br />A cat D8T dozer was observed slope contouring the PSSA toe berm. Excess materials were used as fill and placed <br />in 24 inch lifts and compacted by method specification utilizing a Cat CS56B Smooth Drum roller. It should be <br />noted; fill placed for the PSSA Toe berm, was keyed into the existing HWY embankment as fill lifts were brought up. <br />Progress is expected to continue. <br />See Hwy 67 embankment fill below for additional detail on materials placed. <br />Page 1 of 7 MLE2 WE 09.14.13.doc <br />
