September 25,2013 C-1981-044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br /> ponds(5-P1, 5-P2, and 5-P3).All three ponds were dry with no discharge. <br /> The Mine No. 5 dewatering pump was not operating at the time of the inspection. Electricity to the pump has been <br /> shut off and there is no immediate plan to continue pumping at the site. Ponds 5-P5, 5-P6 and 5-P7 all held <br /> minimal water but was not discharging from Pond 5-P7 (NPDES 003).All embankments of Ponds 5-P5, 5-P6 and <br /> 5-P7 were stable and well vegetated. <br /> The following ponds were dry and were in compliance during the inspection: 9-P 1, 9-P2, 9-P3, 9-P4, 9-P5, 9-P6, <br /> 9-P7, 9-P8, SH-PI, SH-P2,HR-Pla,HR-Plb, 5A-PI <br /> NPDES 022 was discharging at a light trickle.Discharge was not reaching the Williams Fork River and was most <br /> likely being absorbed through the ground and plants around the discharge point. <br /> Culverts throughout the facility area were inspected and were clear of any debris. <br /> i? <br /> .P <br /> A <br /> NPDES 022.
