Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> R -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection conducted on September 25 ,2013 by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Saftey.Williams Fork Mine representative,Brian Watterson of Peabody, accompanied <br /> the inspection as well as Jared Ebert of DRMS. Jared Ebert will be the new lead specialist for the Williams Fork <br /> Mines starting October 2013. Weather was clear with temperatures around 70 degrees ferinheight during the time <br /> of the inspection. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records were brought to the site in several binders by Brian Watterson of Peabody. The records are kept at the <br /> Twenty Mile Mine in Oak Creek, Colorado. Please see the Division's Availability of Records checklist at the end <br /> of this inspection report for more detailed information. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Backfilled and graded Portal No. 5 was inspected. The slope remains stable and well vegetated. No sign of <br /> slumping or sloughing was observed. <br /> The Division has received an application for partial bond release.
