All roads were in good condition <br /> with no problems noted. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed Fish Creek Tipple area, 18RT vent shaft area, and the bleeder shaft are stable with no problems <br /> noted,with the exception of the following: <br /> -heavy thistle patches were observed on the western slope of the Fish Creek Tipple Area and will require <br /> management. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil piles on site were stable and well vegetated with no problems noted with the exception of the following: <br /> - The topsoil pile at the Rock Dust Tank at RCR 27 continues to displayed little vegetation and a substantial <br /> amount of rock dust covering the pile.
