TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />4. The locations of all destructive tests performed on the geomembrane liner system. <br />C. The Colorado licensed surveyor will provide a surveyor's certificate to be submitted in the Construction <br />Certification Report. <br />D. Submittals <br />CONTRACTOR will submit completed as -built documentation within seven (7) calendar days <br />upon completion of the work in the following manner: <br />a. Submit two (2) hard copies to the MANAGER. <br />b. Submit two (2) non - reproducible copies to the MANAGER in electronic form on compact <br />disks (CD) or DVD's and in an AutoCAD compatible format. <br />E. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for performing the following survey activities associated <br />with the Construction Certification Report <br />Provide northing, easting, and elevation for geomembrane panel intersections and destructive <br />samples. <br />2. Provide northing, easting, and elevation for GCL panel intersections. <br />3. Provide northing, easting, and elevation for geotechnical field testing and sampling locations. <br />F. Provide depth verification for Drain Cover Fill on a 50 -foot by 50 -foot grid with additional survey <br />points at all breaks in grade. <br />G.
