GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
• Coal extraction was completed earlier this year, and the remainder of the coal that was
stockpiled on the WFC (Johnson) property has been trucked to the Nucla Generating Station.
REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15
Vegetative Cover; Timing:
• The Irrigated Pasture Reference Area appears to have had the second cutting of hay/grass
accomplished.
• All of the IP reclamation was green and vibrant,but the resolution of the photos was not
sufficient to determine whether side roll sprinklers were running at the time of the inspection.

Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution

• Various topsoil stockpiles are identified in the photos. No problems were apparent.
