EXHIBIT S <br />PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES <br />Permanent man -made structures within 200 feet of affected <br />areas are located on all Map Exhibits and their owners are listed <br />below. The road and powerline are not within 200 feet of the <br />mining area and even then their bases lay approximately 10 feet <br />below the lowest floor elevation of the mine. Walsenburg Sand <br />and Gravel, CO. has sent structure agreements to all of the <br />structure owners listed below as a precaution. Copies of the <br />proof of mailing receipts for the structures are attached.
