Two copies of the application are on file <br />with the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety (DRMS). <br />This copy of the application packet is delivered to you <br />pursuant to 34- 32.5- 112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as <br />amended, which states in part: <br />....the applicant shall file a copy of such applica- <br />tion for public inspection at the office of the County <br />Clerk and Recorder of the County in which the affected <br />land is located. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of this copy of the permit <br />application by signing in the appropriate space provided below <br />and returning one copy of this letter to the person delivering <br />the book.
