The Division is required to make an approval or denial decision no later than <br />September 25, 2013 therefore; a response to the following review concerns should be <br />submitted to the Division as soon as possible. <br />1. The response is adequate. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />2. The response for future slopes to be mined at 3H:1V is adequate. The Operator must provide <br />survey data for the mined slopes in the northwest corner, west side and southwest corner <br />and explain how the existing slopes will be backfilled or otherwise established and stabilized <br />at a 3HAV slope if required. <br />3.
