The original DRMS questions are shown below with the responses in -line for clarity. DRMS 09/09: In the Division's July 22 letter, we requested that the Proof of Publication for the Public Notice in the San Miguel Basin Forum be provided. Our records do not indicate that this document has yet been received. Please submit Proof of Publication for the TR -04 public notice at your earliest convenience. The proof ofpublication can be found attached to this adequacy response. DRMS 07/22: The Section 2.05.3(4) Table of Contents (TOC) submitted with the application is not the same version that was approved with TR -01. a. Item is resolved. b. Additionally, the Division has noted a number of other updates / corrections that should be made to the TOC. These are noted on the attached copy, for your reference. DRMS 09/09: The majority of items were updated with the response, as requested. However, the title of Appendix 2.05.3(4) -6 should be, "Pond NHN- 001 As- Built" and Appendix 2.05.3(4) -7 should be titled, "NHN -001 Ditches As- Built". Please revise these two titles in the TOC. The titles of these appendices have been changed in the Section 2.05.3(4) TOC, and afresh version is attached
