EXHIBIT E —MAPS
Please find included one Mining Plan Map (1 ":100), one Neighboring Property Owner
Map (1 ":100), and one Reclamation Plan Map (1 ":100').
Mine Plan Map — Affected Land Boundaries (permit boundaries) are drawn as follows
from site survey, starting from Point of Beginning at intersection of CR 4 and Canterbury
Ranch Road.
Neighboring Property Boundary Map —all property owners within 200 feet of Affected
Land Boundaries as shown.
Roads, direction of mining, and processed material stockpiles are shown on the Mining
Plan Map.
The Canterbury Ranch Road and Canterbury Ranch fence line at the western end of Pit
92 are the only man made structures within the Affected Land boundaries. These will
remain intact during mining and will remain after mining. County Road 4 lies within
200 feet of the Affected Land boundary. This is a County maintained ROW, thus the
mine operator already has full responsibility and authority to maintain the structure
including repair of any damage to structure due to mining operations.
Reclamation Plan Map —shows projected final slopes at contour intervals drawn at 20
feet within the affected land boundaries and 40 feet otherwise on map of 1": 100' scale.
Grassland revegetation is planned for all disturbed land areas within Affected Land
boundaries. Seed mixture does include native shrub species found on site.
There are no ponds or permanent water retention structures planned for this site.
There is no overburden or topsoil anticipated for use at this site.
10
