Standard extensions have been adopted by the State for
data management purposes, and are outlined in Section 4.0 Data Development.
3.4 Data Centered Model Development
Several of the StateCU input files have, to date, been generated by hand or using pre-
processing programs outside of the HydroBase and DMI environment. The DMI precu is
under development and, when completed, will be used to re-create many of the input files
for the Rio Grande Basin historic consumptive use analysis scenario. A description of the
envisioned use of precu is included in Section 4 Data Description, where applicable.
The files that have been created using CDSS DMIs include a brief description of the DMI
used.
3.5 Product Distribution
The StateCU model and input files can be downloaded from the State of Colorado's
CDSS web page at http://cdss.state.co.us.
cureport_6-2004.doc 15 of 48 June, 2004
