instructions. It is written for personnel assigned to the
Project who should familiarize themselves with its contents.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

2.1 Location

The Project is located at the Town of Wiggins. Morgan
County, Colorado. The Town of Wiggins is located in the
western part of Morgan County in northeastern Colorado.
approximately 65 miles northeast of Denver and 15 miles west
of Fort Morgan.

2.2 Project Features

The Project is designed to provide 100-year flood protection
to the Town of Wiggins from runoff originating in the 709
square mile Kiowa Creek drainage basin southwest of Town.
