The deadline for reservations remains Sentember 6. 2001. As of Monday,
August 13th only 10 reservations have been confirmed out of a possible 19 attendees. Included in the
handout material is a list of those people who have indicated a desire to attend the retreat but have not
confinned their reservation.

In anticipation of in depth discussions on the following topics, arrangements have been made
for the retreat to extend past the noon hour on Thursday, October 11,2001, and conclude around 4:30
p.m. Listed below is the proposed agenda:

2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.,Wednesday, October 10,2001
. Since Wednesday.
September 19'h is not a possibility due to the Colorado River Symposium, sponsored by the Water
Education Foundation, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I propose that the Board cancel its September
meeting.
