<br />at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Highway No, 50 (Post Office Box 5511, Salida, Colorado B1201,
<br />until 10 a,m" Mountain Standard Time, March 17, 1970, Bid openin9 time is not extended,

<br />A, The following pages in the above described
<br />specifications are deleted and the attached revised
<br />pages are substituted therefor:

<br />1. In Subparagraph 21a" page 12, eighth line from

<br />computer data and pay quantities for excavation for
<br />roadway will be determined from computer data,"
<br />
<br />2, In Subparagraph 31b" page 15:

<br />a, In third Iina, dalata the words "by burning,",
<br />
<br />b. Twelfth through saventeenth lines, delete the
<br />two santances baginning with words "Engelmann
<br />spruce slash. . ." and ending with " .. .. .. have
<br />been cut. ",

<br />3, In SubparalP'aph 310" delata that portion of
<br />Subparagraph 31c, on page 15, beginning with
<br />words "the contractor must obtain * .." and
<br />ending on last line of page with "...

<br />4. In Subparagraph 42c., page 21, right column,
<br />eleventh line from top of page, delate the words "be
<br />not mora than 24" and substitute tha following:
<br />"conform to the maximum size of rock available to
<br />be placad except that tha layers shall be not mora
<br />than 36",

<br />5, In Paragraph 43, page 21, sixth line, change the
<br />distance "1,000 feet" to 1,500 feet",
<br />
<br />C, The following change is made in the drawings of the
<br />above-described specifications:

<br />1. On Drawing No.6 (3B2-D-B51l. the following
<br />note is added: "Ditch section shown in cut applies
<br />to both sides in through cut,"
<br />
<br />D, Tha attached schedule of classifications, fringe
<br />benefits, and mmlmum wage rates is hereby
<br />incorporated in Paragraph 9 of the above-described
<br />specifications:

<br />(by mail, by talegram, or otherwise), to be received at
<br />bid opening office prior to the time set for opening of
