At the September meeting the Board received a 1st draft of that analysis <br />and began its discussions of the subject. Staff was directed to prepare two reports, <br />one, a study of water salvage and the federal salinity program specific to the Grand <br />Valley area of the Colorado River, and two, a report on the general issues relating to <br />water salvage and saved water in Colorado. Enclosed in preparation for the <br />November 14-15 meeting are the following documents: <br /> <br />1. Analysis of Water Salvage Issues in Colorado. <br /> <br />2. Irrigation Water Salvage Issues in the Grand Valley. <br /> <br />3. A written transcript of the Board's salvage discussion on September 19, <br />1991. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />A.
