Ray Bennett, SEO
. Ray Alvarado, CWCB
. Gene Jencsok, CWCB
. Jerry Kenny, Boyle
. Roger Sonnichsen, Boyle
. Meg Frantz, Boyle

Introduction

The meeting was held at Boyle's office with the above-listed people in attendance. Objective was to
review progress with the Yampa River basin model. Please contact Meg Frantz if you believe the
following to be incorrect.

Project schedule

Jerry Kenny presented a revised project schedule which called for completing the Phase IlIa contract by
August 31,1997. Ray Bennett stated that he needs to see ending dates that reflect Boyle's final
submittal, including revisions responsive to the State's review, rather than draft final submittals. He was
also concerned that:

. working concurrently on three basins is unrealistic

. submitting draft final reports on two basins at the same time burdens the State with concurrent
review of two basins .

. software may not be ready by the time Boyle undertakes the second basin model

After lengthy discussion, it was concluded that Boyle should develop a revised schedule that meets the
following constraints and/or conditions:

. contract period may extend to November 30, 1997

. approximately the month of December, 1996 will be available for Rti to work on software
problems identified during the Yampa River model enhancement

<<logo here>>
