The CWCB Board also approved a loan term of 30 <br />years at an interest rate of 4%, It is our understanding that these funds will be used to place <br />approximately 3000 feet of ditch in pipeline. I have attached a copy of my updated CWCB <br />Board memo concerning the Highline-Buzzard bitch Company. Please refer to page 2 of <br />that memo and to the section "Action Taken by the CWCB Board". <br />The Construction loan will be considered by the State General Assembly as part of <br />the 1994 Construction Fund Bill, with passage expected in June 1994. Funds will be <br />available about 60 days after that date, once the contract between the Ditch Company and <br />the State has been finalized. <br /> <br />The CWCB Board required that the loan be contingent upon our receipt of the SCS <br />Feasibility Study/Cost Estimate, and the Plans and Specifications. When available, these <br />items should be sent to me for inclusion in your loan file. <br /> <br />On behalf of the CWCB Board, I would like to thank you for applying for a <br />Construction Fund Loan from the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />~iincereIX' <br />( !
