The above-captioned application was filed on May 31, <br /> <br />1989. <br /> <br />2. A statement of opposition was timely filed by Ameri- <br />can Water Development, Inc. ("AWD"). <br /> <br />3. The matter was rereferred to the water judge by Order <br />of April 20, 1990. <br /> <br />4. The CWeB and AWD executed a stipulated agreement on <br />September 11, 1990 and August 9, 1990, respectively.
