Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board
(CWCB) will be held at the Ramada Inn, 124 W. 6th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado,
81601, commencing on Monday, July 8, 1996, and continuing through 2:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, July 9, 1996.

Following adjournment of the regular meeting, the CWCB will reconvene to conduct a Final
Review of Request for Modification on its Snowmass Creek instream flow water right. This
Final Review may continue through Wednesday, July 10, 1996, if necessary. The Request
for Modification of the Board's Snowmass Creek instream flow right was originally noticed
in its November 6-7, 1995, meeting notice and agenda. Written comments regarding this
proposed instream flow modification should be submitted to the CWCB staff at the above
address. Individual appearances at the Final Review are welcome but are not required for
recognition of specific concerns.
