<br />Colorado <br /> <br />Water Availability Task Force <br /> <br />TO: Members of the Colorado Water Availability Task Force <br /> <br />FROM: Brad Lundahl, Water Availability Task Force Chair <br /> <br />DATE: February 23,2004 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Minutes of the Monday, February 23, 2004, Task Force Meeting <br /> <br />The meeting was held on Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at the Division of Wildlife. Those in recorded <br />attendance included: Brad Lundahl, Jack Byers, Don West, Klaus Wolter, Treste Huse, <br />Mike Gillespie, Roger Pielke, Sr., Mary Halstead, Robin Knox, Brett N. Rodewald, Jack Truby, <br />Bill Hansen, Reagan Waskom, Scott Davis, John Gordon, Stefanie Dalgar, Randal Ristau, <br />Joe Busto, Barry Cress, Sam Davidson, Bob Steger, Steven Hunter, Kent Walker, Mark Heidt, <br />and Kathie Hepp-Lucki. <br /> <br />Meeting began at 2:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Brad Lundahl. Colorado Water Conservation Board, W A TF Chair <br />Brad Lundahl welcomed everyone to the meeting and asked presenters to announce their name <br />and organization before giving their presentations. Mr. Lundahl mentioned that the Governor's <br />Office expressed continued interest in today's meeting and that the Governor's Office depends on <br />us for drought infonnation. Mr. Lundahl requested that the Impact Task Force Members give <br />their reports before the presenters at this meeting. <br /> <br />Impact Task Force Reports <br /> <br />Marv Halstead, Wildlife <br />Ms. Halstead said that there wasn't much to report at this meeting; however, she mentioned that <br />there would be a meeting regarding the native species at the Division of Wildlife on March 4, <br />2004. <br /> <br />Robin Knox, Wildlife <br />Mr. Knox stated all was at a status quo in tenns of fish productions and fish management. He <br />also mentioned that water is higher this year which is good for them and better for fish <br />management. <br />
