Our'records show that the City of Cortez is required to submit a water <br />conservation plan to fulfill HB 1154 mandates. The deadline of June 4, 1996 has passed and we <br />do not currently have a plan on file. <br /> <br />Whether you are currently working on the plan or not, the OWC staff would appreciate <br />notification of the current status.
